Job Summary

As a Team Member at Kool Runnings Ice, your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of our ice delivery operations. You will be responsible for organizing delivery runs, supervising ice quantities, stocking the delivery bus, driving during the run, assisting with digital and/or physical aspects of the run, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding our high-quality standards. Your attention to detail and dedication to efficiency are essential for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

– Organize and supervise ice delivery runs, drive the work bus during the run, ensuring accurate ice allocations and adherence to specified totals.

– Maintain a fully stocked delivery bus to facilitate timely morning and/or afternoon runs.

– Lift and pack ice efficiently, delivering it to the designated locations with precision.

– Assist with the run on both digital and physical sides, ensuring seamless coordination.

– Account for every merchant on the delivery list, ensuring accurate and complete deliveries.

– Oversee daily garbage removal to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

– Provide ice totals after each run and ensure the accuracy of daily tally sheets and online records.

– Coordinate with relevant parties to obtain required signatures on essential documents.

– Uphold a clean and orderly work area, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.

Job Requirements

– Must be 25 years or older.

– Possess a valid driver’s license and passport.

– Provide a clean police report.

– Proficient in basic math to ensure accurate ice allocation and documentation.

– Completed COVID-19 vaccination.

– Ability to lift up to 40 lbs to handle ice packing and delivery tasks effectively.

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
